BARBER ARCHITECTURE

Barber Architecture was selected to design the RE/MAX Headquarters following a rigorous design competition between four locally- and nationally-recognized firms. The program called for consolidation of several departments into a single building and the expression of the corporate image, all accomplished within a budget. Support spaces include a full-service TV studio and training center, food service, and fully A/V equipped conference rooms.

The fourteen-level elliptical building fulfills the functional program, while the sleek form gives the structure an iconic, landmark quality. The building was named "Office Building of the Year" in 2007, by the Denver Metro Commercial Association of Realtors and the University of Denver Franklin L. Burns School of Real Estate and Construction Management.
