The underlying goal of the Ziff Communications Corporate Campus was to create a corporate community that would humanize the technical complexity of the company's work, and encourage employee interaction.

A thorough understanding of Ziff - it's philosophy, goals, and functional and technical requirements - was achieved through a tailored programming process that defined the attitude and feel of the project while itemizing the highly specific needs of each of the twenty-eight departments.
