BARBER ARCHITECTURE

The twenty-seven block Cherry Creek North District includes over 330 galleries, boutiques, restaurants, cafes, shops, night-clubs and salons. Barber Architecture prepared a highest- and a best-use feasibility study for a full block in the heart of the District. Five mixed-use development scenarios and associated costs were investigated that worked within the existing Planned Urban Development and zoning, or the required amendments
