CH2M HILL regards sustainable design as an important aspect of corporate responsibility; therefore, each of the buildings on the corporate campus was designed to be cost-effective and resource-conscious.
From the outset, the goal was to make the project "green" without incurring additional expense. With this in mind, materials, forms and systems were selected to satisfy LEED requirements without sacrificing budget or design. The campus houses the first LEED Certified office building in Colorado.
